New Jersey Policy on Prohibiting Discrimination in the Workplace
The State of New Jersey is committed to providing every State employee and prospective State employee with a work environment free from prohibited discrimination or harassment. To achieve the goal of maintaining a work environment free from discrimination and harassment, the State of New Jersey strictly prohibits the conduct that is described in this policy. In accordance with NJAC 4A 7-3.1 (f).

Each State agency shall annually distribute the policy described in this section, or a summarized notice of it, to all of its employees, including part-time and seasonal employees.

New Jersey Policy on Prohibiting Discrimination in the Workplace Training
This interactive, on-line training program has been designed to provide a comprehensive review of the New Jersey State Policy Prohibiting Discrimination in the Workplace. The program is designed for NJ State Government supervisors and employees. Specific information on protected categories, prohibited behavior, employee and supervisory responsibilities under the State Policy, as well as confidentiality and retaliation will be provided.
